RYZ Labs is seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant to lead enterprise architecture and solution design for large-scale Salesforce initiatives. The role bridges business consulting and technical strategy, guiding implementations without hands-on coding.

You will own the room with senior stakeholders, shape feasibility assessments, and drive scalable, compliant architectures across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. A senior, tech-forward leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years Salesforce consulting experience.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, including APIs, data flows, and middleware (iPaaS).
• Experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) in wealth/asset management.
• Advanced skills in declarative automation and reporting.
• Experience planning complex data migrations and point-to-point integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead solution design and technical discovery sessions for enterprise-level projects, acting as the primary Architect-leaning lead.
• Advise clients on what is technically feasible versus what is not recommended based on platform best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical blueprints, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead workshops and thought leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, ensuring architecture aligns with security and compliance.
• Partner with developers and engineering teams to guide integrations and customizations (without coding).
• Support pre-sales with strategic input and accurate LOEs for complex technical customizations.
• Drive client-facing technical conversations and lead discussions with executives to ensure project alignment.
• Coach and mentor team members; contribute to internal enablement assets.
