You will lead a cross-functional team of consultants, developers, administrators, and solution architects to drive successful Salesforce deployments for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
• 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE & MCE)
• Experience with resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery KPIs
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
