Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This remote role supports applicants in the United States, with a focus on Boston-area requirements.

You will define end-to-end architecture, govern data and security models, and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant implementations. You will work across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience Clouds and FSC, leveraging MuleSoft,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years IT experience with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
Proven Salesforce Solution Architect or equivalent leadership experience.
Deep expertise across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience Clouds and FSC.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and Industry Cloud offerings.
Analyze business requirements and map Salesforce capabilities to processes with minimal customization.
Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration patterns.
Define and implement enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware.
