Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will define end-to-end architecture and govern data, security, and deployment strategies.

The role spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and Industry Cloud with a focus on integration, governance, and performance. Remote-friendly with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Salesforce Architect.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and Industry Cloud.
• Analyze requirements and map Salesforce capabilities to business processes with minimal customization.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration APIs.
• Define enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven patterns.
• Establish data architecture, security models, governance, DevOps, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and design authority sessions; provide technical leadership to teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive governance, quality, and performance across Salesforce implementations.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and propose long-term strategic solutions.
