Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a modernization initiative. You will establish target-state architecture, governance across five workstreams, and ensure scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with data lifecycle and environment masking considerations.

The role collaborates with developers, QA, data, DevOps, and leadership to translate requirements into practical designs and guardrails, driving modernization and DevOps

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flow, security, sharing, and automation.
• Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy Salesforce implementations and reducing technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Salesforce solution architecture and ensure consistency across all workstreams.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation patterns.
• Assess the current Salesforce landscape, identify architectural risks and technical debt, and define modernization approaches.
• Establish target-state architecture, design principles, and technical standards with guardrails.
• Define standards for Apex triggers, Flow, and other Salesforce automation, including migration paths from Process Builder/Workflow.
