Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The role defines end-to-end architecture across Salesforce ecosystem and drives alignment with business goals.

The position is remote and open to qualified applicants; travel and collaboration with global teams may be required, with strong emphasis on governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with at least 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience/Financial Services Clouds.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience/Financial Clouds.
• Analyze business requirements and map Salesforce capabilities to processes with minimal customization.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define enterprise integration architectures using MuleSoft and middleware technologies.
• Govern data architecture, security models, DevOps, and deployment strategies.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and design authority sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive governance, quality, scalability, and performance across Salesforce projects.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and recommend strategic, growth-supporting solutions.
