Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, and modernize enterprise Salesforce applications across CRM, case management, knowledge, and omnichannel engagement. You will code hands-on while guiding architecture and technical leadership within a federal-government‑focused program.

You’ll work with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs to deliver scalable, secure solutions, mentor teammates, and drive best practices in an Agile, DevOps

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience as senior Salesforce developer, tech lead, or solution architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in enterprise contact centres.
• Experience supporting case management, omnichannel service operations.
• Federal government programmes or highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web tech.
• CI/CD, DevOps, Agile practices; experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and architect Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor developers.
• Enhance Service Cloud and omnichannel capabilities for high-volume environments.
• Build enterprise integrations and optimize performance with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and support deployments, testing, and production troubleshooting.
