Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Agentforce Developer to build and deploy Salesforce and Agentforce solutions for complex client engagements. This hands-on role requires strong collaboration with solution architects, analysts, and clients, while delivering secure, scalable functionality.

The position is on-site with variable client-location assignments in the US/Canada, located in Glen Allen, VA. 5+ years of experience and Salesforce proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on configuration and development.
• Proficiency with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modeling, security and integrations.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or complex automation.
• Experience delivering Salesforce automation, integrations, routing, assignment, or workflow solutions.
• Consulting experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong governance, testing, deployment, and client collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
• Build using Flow, Apex, LWC, custom objects, validation rules, security and sharing.
• Design routing, assignment, intake, matching, exceptions, and workflow automation.
• Configure Omni-Channel queues, priorities, capacity, presence and supervisor tools.
• Set up human-review workflows and exception handling for business validation.
• Develop integrations via Salesforce APIs and platform events.
• Create reusable components and automation patterns to reduce rework.
