Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce efforts, designing scalable, secure solutions for critical public service systems. You will guide architecture, integrations, and secure development practices while mentoring teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services, plus 2–3 Salesforce certifications. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Job Title : Senior Salesforce Application Architect

Position Overview

Play a key role in modernizing enterprise child welfare and state hospital systems by architecting scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical public services. This position focuses on designing high-availability applications across the Salesforce platform while providing technical leadership for enterprise development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Design solutions supporting case management, field service operations, and user engagement.
• Conduct Salesforce org health assessments and recommend platform improvements using Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in Design & Discovery activities and promote Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Guide development teams through secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) practices.
• Plan and coordinate integrations across internal systems, external partners, and hosting platforms.
• Ensure application security, performance, regulatory compliance, and architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership, impact analysis, release readiness support, and mentorship to development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Architect certification
• Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong Oracle SQL development and performance tuning experience
• DevOps experience including automated builds, regression/smoke testing, and multi-environment deployments
• Database-related certifications
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical leadership
