The role handles service tickets, service orders, scheduling, reporting, and dealer or field service support, requiring strong organizational and communicative skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or college diploma in a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce Service Cloud/Field Service preferred.
• Understanding of CRM operations, data management, reporting, and user support.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Salesforce Service CRM operations including service tickets, service orders, and appointments.
• Monitor data quality, generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs; identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate CRM system enhancements with HQ IT; assist testing and implementation.
• Develop user training materials and promote standardized CRM processes.
• Support customers, dealers, and Field Service operations with Salesforce, SAP, and related systems.
• Provide administrative support for warranty, invoicing, purchasing, and reporting activities.
