Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team to support the continued growth of a Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative. This Senior Salesforce Developer will help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience and is comfortable learning emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud.

ServiceCloud depth is of the upmost importance. Candidates should also have deep Apex and LWC experience. They will be screened for their understanding of end to end case lifecycles, case management, and OmniChannel experience.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
• Build scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

• Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality.
• Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices.
