FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to support Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations. The role validates, tests, and ensures quality across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

The candidate will combine manual and automated testing, collaborate with stakeholders, and support Agile release cycles in a regulated government context. Remote USA project with potential extension and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce QA/Testing in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Public Sector/Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Experience building and executing automated test scripts.
• Hands-on testing Salesforce platforms including Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain test strategies and plans for Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT and end-to-end testing across complex Salesforce ecosystems.
• Validate configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex, APIs, security models, and custom enhancements.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and clients to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites (Copado and related tools).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects; drive root cause analysis with dev teams.
• Validate data integrity and migrations across environments; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support CI/CD deployment validation and production readiness testing.
• Execute API/integration testing involving MuleSoft and external systems.
