Job summary

A technology service provider is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Tester to support implementations for public sector clients. The role involves developing test plans and executing comprehensive testing to ensure quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of QA experience, at least 1 year testing Salesforce applications, and must be located in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area. Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year testing Salesforce applications.
• Understanding of Salesforce capabilities including standard and custom objects.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Log, track, and retest defects using bug tracking tools.
