Job summary

Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce QA lead to oversee QA across Salesforce-based solutions for a federal program.

You will define QA strategy, manage teams, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery in an Agile environment. Key activities include leading functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, validating Sales Cloud/Service Cloud configurations, and driving test automation with Selenium or Provar.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications.

• Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics.
• Serve as primary QA contact for program leadership and clients.

• Evaluate and implement tools to improve QA efficiency and coverage.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and BAs to refine requirements.

• Communicate testing progress, risks, and defects clearly to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to federal standards (e.g., Section 508, security, audit readiness).
• Maintain test plans, defect logs, and QA reports.
• Support audit activities and provide traceability across requirements and testing.

Yudrio is seeking a Salesforce QA to support a federal contract. This position is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities across Salesforce-based solutions supporting federal programs. This role ensures the delivery of high quality, compliant, and scalable systems by leading testing strategy, managing QA teams, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and government stakeholders. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Salesforce testing, federal compliance standards, and leading QA efforts within Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing
• 2-3 years of experience leading QA teams
• Hands‑on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
