Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligibility minimum required.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing.
• 2-3 years of experience leading QA teams.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Position Overview

Yudrio is seeking a Salesforce QA to support a federal contract. This position is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities across Salesforce-based solutions supporting federal programs. This role ensures the delivery of high quality, compliant, and scalable systems by leading testing strategy, managing QA teams, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in Salesforce testing, federal compliance standards, and leading QA efforts within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• QA Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications
• Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices
• Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics
• Serve as primary QA point of contact for program leadership and clients
• Salesforce Testing & Validation
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms

• Automation & Tools
• Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to refine requirements
• Coordinate UAT efforts with government stakeholders and end users
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and defects clearly to leadership Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to federal standards (e.g., Section 508, security, audit readiness)
• Maintain documentation including test plans, defect logs, and QA reports
• Support audit activities and provide traceability across requirements and testing

Required Qualifications
