Job summary

Ravh-IT seeks a Senior Salesforce QA Test Engineer with 7+ years of QA/testing experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing, in Irvine, CA. You will lead testing for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce components, ensuring quality across integrations and APIs.

You will develop automation with Selenium, Playwright or Provar, perform API testing with Postman, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, security, workflows, flows, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with API, integration, automation, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Postman, Jenkins, Jira, GitHub/Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, Lightning components, and Apex functionality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Test integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, third-party vendors, and external systems.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or similar tools.
• Perform API testing using Postman and support CI/CD testing through Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Manage defects and test execution using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Coordinate testing activities across onshore, offshore, vendor, business, and technology teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and multiple concurrent releases.
• Support release planning, production validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams on resolution.

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Banking, Lending, Financial Services, or Automotive Finance.
• Knowledge of loan application intake, credit evaluation, dealer onboarding, loan decisioning, funding, and account setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, ISTQB, or ASTQB certification is a plus.
