iSolved.AI is hiring a true Project Manager to own delivery on Salesforce and MuleSoft engagements. You will manage scope, budget, and timeline while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with architects and developers to ensure successful go-lives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive risk management, and guide delivery ceremonies as needed. This contract role is six months with potential extension, offering a direct impact on client outcomes and project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce and/or MuleSoft projects.
• Track record of owning delivery against scope, budget, and timeline.
• Direct, client-facing experience managing business sponsors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery and the judgment to choose.
• Platform fluency: Salesforce Clouds or Anypoint Platform for credible discussions.
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, or distributed teams.
• Consulting or contract engagement experience; quick ramp-up on new client/project.

• Coordinate with iSolved.AI architects and engineers to align expectations with reality.

About the Role

We're looking for a true project manager: someone who has personally run Salesforce or MuleSoft projects from kickoff to go-live, owning scope, budget, timeline, and the client relationship. This is not a coordinator, business analyst, or scrum master seat. You will be the single accountable owner for delivery on your engagements.

You’ll work directly with client stakeholders and our architects and developers, and you’ll need to hit the ground running.

This will be a 6 month contract with potential to extend longer term.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft projects, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handoff
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, and risk, including change control when clients want to add scope mid-project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and stakeholders, running status updates and steering committee meetings
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams of developers, architects, QA, and business analysts, often without formal authority over all of them
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Run Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery ceremonies as the engagement requires
• Identify problems early, elevate clearly, and drive recovery plans when a project goes off track
• Coordinate with iSolved.AI architects and engineers so client expectations and technical reality stay aligned

What We're Looking For

You have been a Project Manager, by title and in practice, on Salesforce or MuleSoft implementations.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce and/or MuleSoft projects (implementations, integrations, migrations, or platform rollouts)
• A track record of owning delivery against scope, budget, and timeline, with ownership language on your resume: led, managed, delivered
• Direct, client-facing experience managing business sponsors and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery, and the judgment to know which fits
• Enough platform fluency (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity) to hold credible conversations with architects and developers
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, or distributed delivery teams
• Consulting or contract engagement experience; comfortable ramping up quickly on a new client and project

Nice to Have

• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Agile PM, or similar)
• Experience delivering both Salesforce and MuleSoft projects, especially integration-heavy engagements
• Background in a consulting or multi-client environment
