Job summary

iSolved.AI is seeking a senior Salesforce solution architect to lead a major, long-term client engagement. You will bridge architecture and delivery, own user stories, and guide the team through complex Salesforce initiatives.

You’ll partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to shape capabilities, roadmap, and pursuit responses. You should be fluent in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, able to work from architecture discussions to writing and grooming stories in the same day, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce consulting or delivery with architecture and senior BA experience.
• Comfort moving from architecture discussions to writing and grooming stories in the same day.
• Strong executive presence; credible with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading or overseeing a small delivery team.
• Pre-sales or solutioning experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Salesforce solution architect for the account (functional, not technical).
• Write and manage user stories from requirements through acceptance.
• Support testing and UAT, ensuring shipped work matches business needs.
• Own larger bodies of work end to end, partnering with client PMs.
• Oversee the iSolved team on the account and ensure team readiness.
• Own day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders and iSolved leadership.
• Provide a clear capability direction, roadmap, and priorities, pushing back when needed.
• Assist with pursuits and solutioning for new work when it arises.

iSolved is looking for a senior Salesforce solution architect to join our team and lead one of our largest long-term client engagements. This is not a standard BA or PM seat. You’ll architect solutions, own the stories that deliver them, take on larger workstreams, and lead the iSolved team on the account.

We need someone who knows Salesforce inside and out, is comfortable switching between architecture and hands-on delivery, and has the confidence to shape where the client’s Salesforce capability goes next.

What you’ll do

• Act as the lead Salesforce solution architect for the account (functional, not technical)
• Write and manage user stories as a senior business analyst, from requirements through acceptance
• Support testing and UAT, making sure what ships matches what the business needs
• Own larger bodies of work end to end, partnering with the client’s internal project managers
• Oversee the iSolved team on the account and make sure everyone is set up to succeed
• Own the day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders and iSolved leadership
• Give a clear point of view on capability direction, roadmap, and priorities, and push back when needed
• Help with pursuits and solutioning for new work when it comes up

What we’re looking for

• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• 8+ years in Salesforce consulting or delivery, with solution architect and senior BA experience
• Comfortable going from architecture discussions to writing and grooming stories in the same day
• Strong executive presence: articulate, confident, and credible in front of senior client stakeholders
• Not shy. You’ll need to hold your ground and voice opinions on direction
• Experience leading or overseeing a small delivery team
• Pre-sales or solutioning experience is a strong plus

• Supply chain, logistics, or financial services industry experience
