Job summary

Alliant is seeking a senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead the CRM Product Group's functional delivery and multi-year roadmap. You will translate business priorities into executable plans, partner with executives, and ensure high-value, quality CRM solutions.

You will manage backlog, drive adoption, and coordinate delivery across Salesforce initiatives, working with architects, DevOps, and business leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/IT.
• 5+ years Salesforce product ownership, product management, or similar leadership.
• 4+ years managing product backlogs and leading Agile teams.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• 1+ years in SAFe or scaled Agile delivery.
• 5+ years in a product/program/tech delivery environment in insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior functional contact for Salesforce initiatives and manage backlog.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to shape Salesforce vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and provide Product Owner direction for sprint planning and delivery.
• Coordinate roadmap sequencing, dependencies, risks, milestones, and communications.
• Own program execution across Salesforce initiatives and ensure alignment to priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including PMs, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, and QA.
