Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead the CRM Product Group's Salesforce initiatives. You will manage the product backlog, shape the multi-year roadmap, and align stakeholders to deliver high-value CRM solutions that support business goals.

You will partner with executives, sales, operations, and IT to drive adoption, productivity, and revenue impact while guiding agile delivery and ensuring quality releases across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce product ownership or similar leadership.
• 4+ years managing product backlogs and leading Agile teams.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• 1+ years in SAFe or scaled Agile delivery model.
• 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Salesforce certifications listed in education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce initiatives, manage backlog and prioritization by business value.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to shape vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive adoption, productivity, and solution velocity across the Salesforce platform.
• Coordinate roadmap sequencing, planning, dependencies, risks, milestones, and readiness.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies via Scrum Masters; provide Product Owner direction and decisions.
• Ensure designs meet business requirements and align with roadmap and outcomes.
• Lead UAT, business readiness, stakeholder feedback, and release readiness.
• Oversee QA, defect management, and release quality across teams.
