Simplus — a Summit-level Salesforce Partner and Infosys company — is expanding its enterprise delivery organization and seeks an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead large-scale, client-facing Salesforce programs.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, agile delivery, and Salesforce technology, collaborating with senior stakeholders across multi-cloud environments to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce-led programmes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering within complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong documentation, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
• Owning and managing the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities align to business objectives and delivery roadmaps
• Translating business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partnering closely with Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
• Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions within agile delivery teams
• Managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and dependencies across enterprise programmes
• Supporting UAT planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Driving continuous improvement across Salesforce processes, automation, and user experience
