Simplus, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to drive complex design and implementations from Houston, TX on-site. You’ll lead technical design sessions, mentor teams, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with client goals and best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and delivery teams, shaping architecture for enterprise-scale projects while delivering robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
3+ years in a technical leadership position.
Strong design and development of enterprise systems.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience with Classic and Lightning and Salesforce toolkit.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices; include Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build clear requirements and a development strategy for each engagement.
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
Follow coding standards and lead in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns.
Apply best practices and communicate design decisions.
