Job summary

Simplus, a global Salesforce partner, seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to steer design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will guide a development team, set technical strategy, and ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.

The role involves hands‑on development, mentoring, and collaboration across internal teams to translate business needs into robust Salesforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms, with strong preferred certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities and integration.
• Hands-on development within Salesforce (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, APIs, SOQL).
• Strong leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform, liaising with stakeholders and team members.
• Support a team of technical resources, nurturing their technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of system testing.
• Provide guidance and expertise in Salesforce with the best practices, design patterns, and deployment considerations.
• Hands‑on custom development within the Salesforce platform
• Build agents using Agentforce in‑line with customer requirements
