Job summary

Simplus, An Infosys Company, is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and guide the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem from Charlotte, NC. You will design, develop, and scale complex Salesforce applications, lead multi-team initiatives, and advance reusable patterns and automation.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development, expertise in Apex, LWC, and integration patterns, plus experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and modern

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, metadata, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Proven experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
• Familiarity with GitLab and Salesforce DX for CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Architect reusable components and scalable integrations to meet business needs.
• Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines, branching, and release management.
• Validate designs and code quality with thorough reviews for performance and security.
• Lead technical planning and estimation for large multi-team initiatives.
• Contribute to reusable patterns, playbooks, and onboarding materials for the Salesforce practice.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve delivery speed and efficiency.
