Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, layouts).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping consumer web applications.
• Proven ability to build product plans and gain cross-team buy-in.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from initiative to features and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Work with project management to prioritize roadmaps and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric, user-centric approach in meetings with agencies.
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data into actions.
