You will work with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to define scope, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric solutions that align with contract objectives. Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model: objects, fields and relationships.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.

Responsibilities

• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from initiatives to features and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings.
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data into action.
