Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and architecture
- Strong OO programming concepts and design patterns
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or equivalent
- Experience leading technical resources as a people manager
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee development for Salesforce products and assets
- Lead hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, and testing
- Guide architectural decisions and DevOps considerations
- Collaborate with product teams to align on design and value
- Provide technical oversight for AI tooling integration
