Job summary

neuraflash seeks a Product Engineering Manager to lead technical development across Salesforce-based products, assets, and internal tools. You will blend hands-on engineering leadership with people management, guiding a team that builds AI-enhanced solutions in close collaboration with customers.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive architecture decisions, partner with product owners and engineers, and mentor the team in modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with architectural concepts and constraints.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Prior experience managing technical team members.
• Demonstrated work with Salesforce integrations and Agentforce-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end development of new and existing products on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead hands-on solution design, prototyping, build, and testing in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Make architectural, packaging, and DevOps decisions for scalable delivery.
• Partner with product owners, engineering leads, and developers to groom prioritized work and designs.
• Run the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Coach the team on AI-assisted development tools alongside Salesforce capabilities.
