Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery and client relationships across our AI and cloud solution portfolio. You will guide project teams, ensure quality, and act as a trusted advisor to accelerate transformation with Salesforce, AWS, and Agentforce.

You will participate in sales cycles, define scoping and staffing, and transition customers from sales to delivery while advocating innovation and best practices. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience across delivery and pre-sales.
• 5+ years leading engagements with 15+ team members.
• 5+ years architecting Salesforce or AWS solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce/ AWS-based solution design.
• Proven pre-sales experience with scope, estimates, and ROI talks.
• End-to-end architecture covering requirements to go-live.
• Strong SDLC understanding and governance.
• Experience shaping cross-functional solution teams.
• Strong commercial and contract-leaning capabilities.
• Excellent communication for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage customer relationships from delivery perspective.
• Provide project oversight and guidance to delivery teams.
• Act as a thought leader to drive client transformation.
• Support sales cycles with scope, staffing and estimates.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery and onboarding.
• Staff projects with appropriate teams and mitigate staffing risk.
• Drive internal initiatives for delivery capability and reusable assets.
• Advocate the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture brand and scale the business.
• Travel up to 25% for projects and events.
