Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with admins, developers, architects, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans including budgets, risks, and issue tracking.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project methodology.
• Manage change requests with impact analysis and approvals.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Drive user adoption with training and change management.
