Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle from planning through closure.

• Create and maintain project plans, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues.

• We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to lead Salesforce projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and drive successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issue tracking.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage change requests, impact analysis, approvals, and project priorities.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce governance, security, and best practices.
• Provide project updates, risk reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Support training, change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption.
• Act as an escalation point for project issues and drive timely resolution.
• Support post-go-live hypercare, production defect triage, enhancements, and release management.
• Work with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance on SaaS/revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and renewal rates.
• Apply functional knowledge of contract amendments, upsells, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant/Project Manager.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, NetSuite, Copado, and DevOps/release management.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party relationships.
