Gravity Infosolutions, Inc. invites a senior Lead Salesforce architect to drive modernization efforts in our U.S. operations, delivering architectural direction across the software development lifecycle.

You will mentor teams, define integration strategies, and oversee security, CI/CD, and deployments. Collaborate with agencies and partners to implement REST/SOAP services, OAuth, and SSO while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
• 7+ years with Salesforce development, integrations, REST/SOAP services, and secure authentication.
• 5+ years with Git, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, VS Code, sandboxes, and CI/CD tools.
• 3+ years with MuleSoft or Informatica.
• 2+ years integrating AI, prompt engineering, and unified data profiles.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture, coding standards, tools, platforms, and integration patterns.
• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flow Builder, and security features.
• Design and consume REST/SOAP services and implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials, and SSO.
• Collaborate with architects to establish a service-oriented architecture.
• Mentor developers and guide debugging, security, deployment, Git practices, and CI/CD.
• Support Oracle scripts, stored procedures, packages, data migration, and PHI data processing.
• Diagnose production incidents, reporting issues, and Crystal Reports calculations.
• Coordinate releases, changes, and technical discussions across agencies and teams.
