Job summary

PIXIE is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Salesforce to lead the day-to-day execution of the Salesforce workstream within our IT Modernization Program. You will plan, coordinate, and drive delivery across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, reporting, and customer lifecycle processes.

The role focuses on project execution, governance, planning, and stakeholder coordination, with program governance and cross-platform coordination remaining with the IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years IT project management delivering enterprise initiatives.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce implementation, transformation, or modernization projects.
• Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of the Salesforce workstream.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, reporting, and related capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, GCE, GCO, Finance, and Customer Success to drive requirements, decisions, and project execution.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, implementation partners, vendors, and other project resources.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, project meetings, testing activities, and deployment planning.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates for leadership and the IT PMO.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Program Manager and IT PMO when appropriate.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Salesforce to lead the day-to-day execution of the Salesforce workstream within a broader IT Modernization Program.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, reporting, analytics, and customer lifecycle processes.

This role will serve as the primary delivery lead for the Salesforce workstream, coordinating business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with appropriate testing, deployment, and adoption activities.

The position is primarily focused on project execution, governance, planning, and stakeholder coordination. Overall program governance, executive steering, portfolio oversight, and cross-platform coordination will remain with the IT Modernization Program Manager and IT PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of the Salesforce workstream.
