Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application architecture and cloud platform design.
• Provide oversight to ensure alignment with security, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish software engineering best practices supporting CI/CD and code quality.
• Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with KCCTO priorities.
• Lead governance and cross-state collaboration activities.
