Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own the platform's technical health and evolution. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, using standard platform capabilities where suitable and custom development when justified.

You will lead discovery for gap analysis, translate business needs into technical requirements, and design integrations with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and evolution of the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions leveraging standard capabilities and custom development as needed.
• Lead gap analysis and translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Design integrations with third-party systems and define data mappings and error handling.
• Support agile delivery processes and Jira lifecycle within the Software Engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain governance over deployments and security.
