Job summary

InnovAge is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions across the Salesforce platform. You will work with business leaders, admins, analysts, and technology teams to translate requirements into robust Apex, Lightning, and declarative solutions.

The role includes integration design with external systems, code reviews, mentorship, and shaping InnovAge's Salesforce roadmap while maintaining security and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce development delivering complex solutions.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Experienced with declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, governor limits.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and address performance concerns proactively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and technical debt.
• Set development standards, release management, and QA processes.
• Mentor developers, admins, and teammates.
