Job summary

- Minimum 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years leading large Salesforce engineering teams.
- Experience delivering large Salesforce programmes and platform transformations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for the Salesforce platform.
- Lead multiple engineering teams and managers across global locations.
- Establish engineering KPIs, OKRs, and operational metrics.
- Drive delivery excellence across multiple products and platform initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Operations to define roadmaps.
