OuterBox, Inc. is hiring an Email Automation Specialist to design and implement advanced marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with Email Marketing Specialists and UX to deliver personalized customer experiences across campaigns.

Requirements include 4+ years in email automation, 3+ years in MCE/AMPscript, SQL and HTML/CSS knowledge, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a remote, US-based, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing and automation.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email builds.

Responsibilities

• Automation Workflow Development: design builder workflows with triggers and audience creation methods.
• Lifecycle touchpoints and segmentation planning for client campaigns.
• Stakeholder communication to align on automation strategies and goals.
• Performance monitoring and quality assurance of active workflows.
• Data management and dynamic content for personalized campaigns and landing pages.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry best practices; assist with additional duties.
