Job summary

OuterBox is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to design and implement advanced customer workflows, drive lifecycle segmentation, and ensure KPI-driven performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align automation strategies with campaign goals, while maintaining data models and compliant practices for robust, personalized experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in marketing automation, proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript), SQL, HTML/CSS, and a strong grasp

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation or related roles.
• At least 3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for drag-and-drop email builds.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.
• Up-to-date with email marketing and automation trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows for personalized customer experiences.
• Plan lifecycle touchpoints and audience segmentation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder communications to align on automation goals.
• Monitor workflow performance and QA, optimizing as needed.
