Job summary
Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end transformations for life sciences commercial and medical processes. You will shape current state assessments, define future state visions, and collaborate with architects to translate designs into Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in consulting or Life Sciences roles
- 3+ years owning at least one core Life Sciences process
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Responsibilities
- Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for Life Sciences processes
- Translate process design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities
- Identify opportunities for agentic AI use cases
- Facilitate workshops and governance conversations with client stakeholders
- Develop business cases and executive-ready narratives connecting process transformation to outcomes
- Support lifecycle from process design to adoption
- Mentor colleagues to grow functional to technical fluency
- Contribute to business development and practice development
