Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Technical Architect to own the solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations, focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement across multi-region environments. You will define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks, delivering secure, scalable experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in consulting/CRM, 5+ years in life sciences, and experience with multi-region

Qualifications

10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
5+ years life sciences industry experience.
2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms.
Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments, leading design reviews and key technical decisions.
Establish security, environment, and release guardrails, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are resilient, performant, and adoption-ready.
