Job summary

Accenture's Salesforce Life Sciences practice is seeking a Senior Manager who owns the solution vision for large Salesforce programs, guiding architects and leads to deliver complex multi-workstream initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years Salesforce delivery and architecture leadership.
Proven record delivering large-scale Life Sciences Salesforce programs.
Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or pharma/biotech CRM.
Led Agile/hybrid/SAFe at program scale and shaped engagement methodologies.
Experience applying AI/ML, including Salesforce Einstein, in Life Sciences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution architecture vision for large Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
Coordinate between business leadership and delivery teams; translate strategy into architecture.
Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and platform direction decisions.
Mentor and develop SA talents within the practice.
Partner with alliances, Salesforce product teams, and vendors.
Contribute to pursuit phases with architecture sections of RFPs and demos.
Drive reusable architecture assets and industry-specific content.
