Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect at the Senior Manager level to own the solution vision for large, complex programs. You will guide and develop architects and leads, translate strategic intent into architecture, and drive cross-workstream alignment across business and technology teams.

You will lead governance, mentor talent, and collaborate with alliance teams to leverage the latest Salesforce capabilities in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience in architecture or senior leadership roles.
Experience architecting multiple large-scale Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or regulated industries.
Proven ability to translate strategic intent into architecture and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
Lead governance and design decisions across the delivery program.
Mentor and develop managers, senior architects, and tech leads in the practice.
Partner with alliance teams and Salesforce product groups to shape solutions.
Contribute to RFP responses, architecture demos, and client presentations.
