Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect at the Senior Manager level. You will own the overall solution vision for large, multi-workstream Life Sciences programs and guide senior delivery leads.

You’ll translate strategy into architecture, govern design decisions, and mentor next-gen SA talent. You will collaborate with Accenture's alliance teams and Salesforce product groups, shaping solutions and leading architecture discussions for senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience with architecture leadership.
  • Experience delivering multiple large Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
  • Leadership in Agile or scaled Agile at program level (SAFe, multi-team Scrum).
  • Experience with Life Sciences clouds and pharma/biotech CRM usage cases.
  • Experience guiding delivery using AI/ML capabilities in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall solution architecture vision for large Life Sciences Salesforce programs.
  • Serve as senior liaison between business leadership and delivery teams.
  • Lead architecture governance, design reviews and platform direction decisions.
  • Act as primary escalation point for cross-workstream alignment.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders translating architecture to business impact.
  • Mentor and develop managers, senior SA leads, and tech leads.
  • Collaborate with alliance teams and Salesforce product teams on solution approaches.
  • Contribute to pursuit phases with architecture narratives and RFP demos.
  • Develop reusable assets, blueprints, and industry-point-of-view content.
  • Identify and mitigate program-level architectural risks.
