Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce Life Sciences Practice seeks a Senior Manager-level Functional Architect to own the solution vision for large, multi-workstream programs. You will guide architects and leads, present trade-offs to executives, and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

You will work with alliance partners, Salesforce product teams, and vendors, mentoring talent and shaping the engagement with a focus on Life Sciences commercial and patient-facing use cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience and architecture leadership.
• Experience architecting multiple large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
• Extensive experience with Life Sciences clouds and commercial/medical/patient use cases.
• Experience with Agile at program scale (SAFe, multi-team Scrum).
• Ability to advise clients on AI strategy and adoption in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Life Sciences Salesforce programs.
• Serve as senior liaison translating strategy into architecture and leading delivery teams.
• Lead architecture governance and decision-making across the program.
• Escalate and resolve cross-workstream design conflicts.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture impact and business value.
• Mentor and develop Manager-level Solution Architects and tech leads.
• Collaborate with alliances, Salesforce, and vendors to shape solution approach.
• Contribute to pursuit activities including RFP sections and demonstrations.
• Create reusable assets and blueprints for Life Sciences practice.
• Identify and mitigate solution-level risks early with delivery leadership.
