Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Lead to join our team in a remote role based in the United States. This position provides technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem in a complex enterprise environment, owning platform stability, solution design, and integration support while partnering with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise settings.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and security.
• Experience in solution design and technical implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead for Salesforce and related boundary applications.
• Provide leadership across Salesforce Clouds and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Assess the impact of Salesforce releases and integration changes.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, and integration maps.
• Develop knowledge of integrated platforms and their functionalities.
• Advise stakeholders on incidents and platform health.
