Responsibilities

Oversee Salesforce digital transformation center operations and service delivery.
Manage a team of Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists.
Lead client status calls and operational meetings.
Assist clients with presales pipeline management and solution recommendations.
Onboard new customer project teams onto the platform.
Coordinate customer deployments and manage the release calendar.
Manage daily operational support activities.
