Job summary

You will partner with government stakeholders, engineers, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. The position requires 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Sales/Service/Experience Clouds, OmniStudio, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of solution architecture and Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce implementation, administration, development, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, LWCs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to document designs, decisions, and operational procedures in business and technical language.
• Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Salesforce platform architecture, standards, integration patterns, governance, and roadmaps.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, document, and support Salesforce solutions using cloud products and APIs.
• Lead architecture decisions for CRM case management, engagement, automation, reporting, and enterprise integrations.
• Model data, security, sharing, roles, automation, and Lightning experiences.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring security and accessibility.
• Support backlog refinement, release readiness, and production deployments.
• Develop reusable patterns, standards, and automation strategies to reduce technical debt.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across configuration, custom development, integrations, and performance.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, QA, operations, privacy, and business teams to ensure compliance.
• Create architecture documentation, designs, runbooks, and testing docs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across Salesforce initiatives.
