Allegis Group is seeking a Salesforce Lead Application Developer to join the Connected program, delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to enable critical business functions and a superior user experience.

In Hanover, MD or Jacksonville, FL, you will lead a team, set standards, coach developers, and collaborate with UX, product, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce declarative development experience.
• 200+ hours of project work across Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Code, configure, test, and refactor in an Agile environment with 80%+ test coverage.
• Mentor and coach the development team for delivery of high-quality products.
