Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• 5+ years designing complex integrations via APIs, middleware or ETL tools.
• Proven track record leading developers and cross‑team delivery.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and OmniStudio expertise.
• Expert Copado knowledge and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer/Architect/Admin) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce platform operations, enhancements, and integrations across the org.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and admins; ensure code quality.
• Design and support apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and OmniScripts.
• Oversee deployments, metadata, and CI/CD using Copado; manage environments.
• Coordinate release planning, governance, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and risks.
